3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your milyon account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. milyon will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify milyon support immediately.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
milyon operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations in the Philippines. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before withdrawals are processed or at any other time milyon deems appropriate. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by milyon may result in account suspension.
milyon accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as may be added from time to time. All transactions on milyon are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.1 Minimum Deposit

4.2 Deposit Processing

4.3 Prohibited Funding Sources
You warrant that all funds deposited into your milyon account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. 5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the details on your milyon account. milyon does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent milyon from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
